泰戈尔在诗中写道：“花的事业是甜蜜的，果的事业是珍贵的，让我干叶的事业吧，因为它总是谦逊地低垂着它的绿荫。”带着对绿叶精神的追求，带着对教师的崇拜，带着对教育事业的憧憬与热爱，十二年前，我义无反顾地选择了教师这一职业。从踏上三尺讲台的第一天，我便有一个执着的信念：全身心投入教育事业，努力工作，不断进取，尽我所能，让每一个学生能成人，让每一个家长都放心。
“一切为了孩子，为了孩子一切，为了一切孩子。”我把它当作我从教的最高准则，在平凡的工作岗位上做着平凡的事情。因为我选择了教师这一职业。我从不因个人私事和家庭困难而耽误学生的学习。我清晰地记得：前年夏天，我到三峡学院参加小学英语教师培训学习，一个噩耗传来，父亲溺水身亡，犹如晴天霹雳，因为家中还有两个急需他照料的亲人——瘫痪在床的祖母和患精神病的母亲。但我从没因家中困难向组织要求什么，也从没因此而耽误学生一节课。只有空闲之余，我才回去看看，直到祖母去世。屋漏偏逢夜雨。我两岁多的儿子又被开水烫伤。为了不耽误学生的学习，我把药带回家自己料理，天天奔走于教室、寝室、医院之间。我曾苦恼，也曾彷徨，但我的学生给了我无穷的力量。他们说：“老师，你去给孩子看病吧!我们自己学习，能行!”我是幸福的，因为我拥有孩子们的理解，拥有孩子们的爱。就是这份爱，让我在最困难的时期坚强地挺过来了。

不知哪位学者曾经说过："教师的职业是太阳底下最优越、最光荣的。"带着对这一理念的憧憬，我踏进了幼儿园。
可是，当我第一天走进教室，真正面对着一群灿烂的"小太阳"时，我的心里直犯嘀咕。做一个孩子王，和孩子交流，这就是我终身与之奋斗的事业吗?他们那么稚嫩，他们乳臭未干，他们呀呀学语，他们好动爱闹，他们喜怒无常，但他们是祖国的希望。
面对现实，我该做些什么，我又能做些什么呢?工作以来，我不只一次问过自己。曾经，我一味地追求怎样培养孩子，怎样掌握高科技知识技能，而有关孩子的品德教育，孩子的心理健康这些基本的常识我却忽略了。自从听了这样一个故事，我的教学观念转变了。故事发生在1987年1月，75位诺贝尔奖金获得者在巴黎集会上，有人问一位金奖获得者："您在哪所大学，哪个实验室学到了您认为最主要的东西?"出人意料，这位白发苍苍的学者回答说，是在幼儿园。"在幼儿园学到了什么呢?"学者回答："把自己的东西分一半给小伙伴;不是自己的东西不能拿;做错了事情要敢于承认并表示歉意;午饭休息时不能吵闹;和小朋友在一起要团结、互助……从根本上说，我学到的最主要的东西就是这些。"真的很感谢这位学者，他给了我教学教程中一个深刻的教诲，我在强调发挥幼儿的创造性、竞争性时，并不能忽略培养幼儿从小发扬中华民族传统的人格要素--忍耐、宽容、团结。


说实在的，其实，我也只不过才21岁，还在做着学生时代没有做完的梦，还需要父母的呵护!可是，现实告诉我，我已选择了幼教这个光荣而又艰巨的职业，我已步入了这个神圣的殿堂，我已承担起这没有理由推卸的责任，我必须义无反顾地去做好那位学者给我的教诲。

Four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. How I wish to live a house surrounded by limpid water! From the windows of the house you could see the clear water flowing by. College tution fees have greatly increased in the past ten years due to the new educational policy. Many students from poor families cannot afford college fees, and our bank system fail to loan college students as effectively as it does in developed countries, so taking part-time jobs becomes a way for them to meet their great expenses in campus lives.
It"s an undenied fact that students break the balance between their jobs and studies, especially when they fall into conflict with each other. But I think students should spend their spare time taking part-time jobs. Only following this principle can they benefit from their part-time jobs.

We all have a common home. She provides us with enough food, enough water and enough living room. We get everything from the nature to live better, but we donnot do anything to protect her. How the air is polluted; the earth is poisoned; water is unsafe to drink and rubbish is burying the civilization that man owns.
Our environment is being polluted faster than nature and man"s present efforts can prevent. Time is bringing us more people, and more people will bring us more industry. So many trees will be cut down, and more large cities will be set up. Lots of waste material, in return, is produced and harms the environment. So some experts declare that the balance of nature is being upset, so that the very survival of man is in danger.

As we all know, communication is one of the most essential social skills that we need for our self development. Communicating with all understanding always contributes to a deep touch between peoples" heart. Today, I am going to talk about how to communicate with classmates.
To start with, you need to realize that your classmates are just in the same age of you. So be relaxed and nature. You are not too much smarter or outstanding than others and either are they! When you talk with them, remember to mention somMy favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.
This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? What is your favorite book?

Well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. The story is happy ending.

Sure. It is because the story taught us to be brave and to face the challenges and difficulties with courage. I am deeply impressed by the strength and perseverance of the little princess in the story. I have decided to learn from her from now on.

Gettysburg Address

Four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure.

We are met on a great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of the field as a final resting-place for those who here gave their lives that the nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this. But in a larger sense we cannot dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow this ground.

The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember, what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here.

It is for us, the living, rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. New year passes, winter vacation immediately had to finish. We will stride in the new semester by the new mental outlook. The new semester, is our elementary school stage last semester. In this semester, I take hundred foot bamboo pole heads, the further.
First, attends class, I must listen earnestly, does not make the petty action, disagrees schoolmate to whisper, must argue vigorously the knowledge which in the classroom speaks teacher to digest completely; Regarding the hard problem, must be open-minded, modestly consults to teacher and schoolmate.
Next, must earnestly complete all works which teacher arranges, achieves is scrupulous about every detail. The classwork on the spot completes; After the class the work and the homework also must be independent on time complete.
Third, must complete the language class in front of the class pre-.
